Coaching Level 1 - Basic
Level 1
Level 1 is #bikeLife Training's basic coaching package for those that want structure for their training, but do not want frequent input and adjustment of the training plan. It begins with a consultation and a field or lab test to evaluate Performance Baseline Fitness and assess strengths and weaknesses.
#bikeLife Training will develop a monthly training plan that takes into consideration your lifestyle and available training hours. This plan is custom built to your needs and goals, established in your initial consultation. Progress is measured by either power or heart rate reviews.
It includes a complementary Training Peaks Logon that will allow you to access your training plan as well as upload your workout files.
Your #bikeLife coach will analyze your workout files monthly. Each month you will have a 30 minute consultation with your coach (either via phone or in person). This will allow your coach to evaluate your progress and adjust your next month's training schedule to maximize your success.
